Alpine comfort

Between 2021 and 2022, the rooms were completely redesigned to offer a more comfortable and welcoming stay. We chose to reduce the number of beds to prioritise the quality of the experience, giving every room a private bathroom and creating spaces designed for relaxation after a day outdoors. A choice that reflects our approach to hospitality: putting the guest first.

The interiors were curated together with Fleur de Neige of Claviere, with the goal of creating warm, welcoming spaces in harmony with the landscape.

Breakfast is always included in the price of your stay and is served every morning from 8 to 10 am. A moment to enjoy at leisure before setting off on a hike or a day of skiing.

The starting point for exploring the Alta Valle Susa

In summer, the refuge is the ideal starting point for reaching Lake Gignoux, Lake Nero, Monte Gimont and Monte Chaberton. In winter, it becomes a favourite base for skiers, ski mountaineers and snowshoers exploring the Via Lattea ski area. Whatever the season, staying at Baita Gimont means having the mountain right outside your door.
